Installation instructions with click: 5 golden rules

Click

The PerfectFold™ V click system was created specifically for the new Pergo vinyl floors. It features vertical as well as horizontal locking. The double locking gives the Pergo floor unique stability, and thanks to the new click system, installation is both fast and easy – faster than any vinyl floor on the market. Simply choose one of the three installation methods, and snap the floor into place!

Thanks to the double locking, there are no height differences or open joints. In fact, Pergo vinyl flooring offers unlimited installation in both length and width without expansion profiles of any kind which gives your room a clean and modern look. And if you need to, the PerfectFold™ V system means the floor can be easily removed and reused.

Click & Glue Floorcooling and -heating

All Pergo vinyl floors can be used in conjunction with “low temperature” underfloor heating. This is true for underfloor heating systems with heating components – hot water or electric – embedded in the floor. Heating films or other “new” systems that are placed ON the screed or wooden sub–floor are not suitable for Pergo vinyl flooring.
